Description
About this plant
Alocasia ‘Pride of Corup’ is offered as one unrooted corm, collected from the named mother plant and sold individually for propagation. This is an opportunity to grow a plant from a corm rather than buy an established specimen. Roots and new foliage still need to develop, and individual corms can progress at different rates.
Care after rooting
After it has rooted and is growing, provide a warm indoor position, bright light filtered from strong sun, and humid air. Use a draining houseplant compost and match watering to the plant’s activity, reducing it when growth slows. Keep it away from cold draughts. Wear gloves when handling; Alocasia is harmful if eaten.
