Lomatia ferruginea

An evergreen Lomatia grown for its finely divided foliage, suited to a sheltered, woodland-style planting.

Supplied in a 7.5L nursery pot. You are purchasing one live plant. Pot dimensions describe the nursery container, not the final height or spread.

Leaf colour, form and plant height vary naturally with age, season and growing conditions. If a specific specimen or size is important, contact MM Plants before placing your order.

Please ask our team about the correct growing position and winter protection before planting outdoors. Species and cultivar requirements can differ substantially.

Growing and care

• Light: Sun or partial shade
• Watering: Moderately fertile, moist but well-drained, neutral to acidic soil
• Temperature: Shelter from cold, drying winds; protect young container roots
• Aftercare: Unpack promptly, check the compost and allow the plant to settle before repotting. Remove only dead or damaged growth.
• Safety: Ornamental plant; do not eat. Check suitability before placing within reach of children or pets.
